We understand there may be times during your tenancy where an emergency situation arises. We want you to be ready for whatever happens and understand that we are here to help you get through it.
Whenever an emergency situation arises, submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal immediately and call us at (715) 350 - 8900. Even after hours, holidays or weekends. Don't hesitate to call.
If you ever feel you are in danger, call 911 immediately!
Furnace Outages Furnace outages can cause lots of problems in the winter. Call us right away if you suspect your furnace is not producing heat (872) 222 - 7368! Electrical Issues: Check the fuse box or circuit breaker. It may have blown a fuse and needs to be replaced or the circuit may need to be flipped. Plumbing Issues: Turn off the water at the shutoff in the basement or closest to the leak. If you cannot get the water shut off, contact the city to get it shut off right away.
