  • If you need maintenance, we are here to help. Submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal or call (715) 350-8900. Submitting a request through your portal will allow you to track progress on this work order 24/7

  • Your Tenant Portal is where you can Submit Maintenance Requests, Pay Rent & View Statements 24/7.

  • We have some additional services available for you such as lawn care, snow removal, housekeeping and more! You can request these services through a maintenance request via your tenant portal. Just let us know what you would like help with.

  • We understand there may be times during your tenancy where an emergency situation arises. We want you to be ready for whatever happens and understand that we are here to help you get through it.

    Whenever an emergency situation arises, submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal immediately and call us at (715) 350 - 8900. Even after hours, holidays or weekends. Don't hesitate to call.

    If you ever feel you are in danger, call 911 immediately!

    Furnace Outages Furnace outages can cause lots of problems in the winter. Call us right away if you suspect your furnace is not producing heat (872) 222 - 7368! Electrical Issues: Check the fuse box or circuit breaker. It may have blown a fuse and needs to be replaced or the circuit may need to be flipped. Plumbing Issues: Turn off the water at the shutoff in the basement or closest to the leak. If you cannot get the water shut off, contact the city to get it shut off right away.
