Tenant Portal

Your Tenant Portal is where you can Submit Maintenance Requests, Pay Rent & View Statements.

Submitting Maintenance Requests

Submitting a maintenance request is as easy as logging in, entering your request and pushing submit.  You will be able to see the status of your request and we will be able to quickly review and connect with you to resolve the issue.

Paying Rent

You have the ability to pay your rent online 24/7 from your computer, tablet or smartphone.  You can also set up your payments to be automatically paid each month!

We recommend everyone pays rent through their online portal using the E-Check method.  This allows you to pay your rent online, securely and completely free!  We also have a credit card option available, but additional fees will apply.

Online Statements

You can also review your balance and statements online 24/7 from your computer, tablet or smartphone.  This makes it easy for you to know where you stand all the time.  If you ever have questions or need to dispute a charge that was charged, you can submit a maintenance request or call/text/email us anytime.

Emergency Procedures

We understand there may be times during your tenancy where an emergency situation arises.  We want you to be ready for whatever happens and understand that we are here to help you get through it.  

Whenever an emergency situation arises, submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal immediately and call us at (872) 222 - 7368.

If you ever feel you are in danger, call 911 immediately!

Furnace outages

First, review the emergency procedures found at Affordable Refrigeration's website here

If the furnace still does not work, Affordable Refrigeration (715) 297-8917 and ABCRM (872) 222 - 7368

Important: If the furnace outage was a mistake or caused by the tenant, the tenant will be responsible for the cost of the service call plus a 10% service fee.

Electrical Issues

Check the fuse box or circuit breaker.  It may have blown a fuse and needs to be replaced or the circuit may need to be flipped.

Plumbing Issues

Turn off the water at the shutoff in the basement or closest to the leak.

We will maintain every property so that it is safe, clean and respectable.  We will make sure the structure of your buildings, yard and driveway are ready for use.  

If you ever notice anything during your tenancy that needs maintenance, submit a request through your tenant portal.
